Adlapsusaurus is a species of dinosaur that is found on Skull Island. The animal is described in the book "The World of Kong: A Natural History of Skull Island" (2005).

Adlapsusaurus is a theropod with a semi-quadrupedal posture, running on its hind legs but dropping to all fours when resting. When doing so, the creature walks on its knuckles. Adlapsusaurus is brightly colored, with red tones on its head, arms and back. It also has two red crests on its head, positioned one after the other. They are probably used in mating displays or communication.A nest-raider, that lived in the Jungle of Skull Island, this dinosaur specializes in stealing eggs and will take them whenever possible. Possessing acute hearing and quick reflexes, Adlapsusaurus is willing to raid any nest ranging from those of plains-dwelling Terror Birds to those belonging to Vastatosaurus Rex, which can urinate on their nest piles, but Adlapsusaurus seemed immune to the dire warning given off by the urine. In fact it was drawn to the scent like a dinner bell and specialized in raiding nests, even those of a V-rex, with quick reflexes and keen hearing gave an advantage to this egg thief make it stealthy enough to retrieve it's prize before retreating to a hidden den to eat. However, No size is given for Adlapsusaurus but it would seem to be around 13-15 feet over all.
